Welcome to planDisney, Consuela! Thanks for sharing your question with us.
The Magic Kingdom,
character dining, and a birthday celebration? It sounds like you have the makings of a magically memorable visit to Walt Disney World. Let’s look at which dining locations meet your criteria for your upcoming trip.
There are two character dining options at the Magic Kingdom. The first is
Cinderella’s Royal Table, which is located inside the castle itself. This royal banquet allows guests to meet Cinderella and other Disney princesses (character appearances are subject to change). The other option is
The Crystal Palace. Inside this beautiful Victorian-inspired greenhouse just off Main Street U.S.A., guests can meet Winnie the Pooh and friends table-side.
There are other character dining options if you’re willing to venture just outside the Magic Kingdom. Right next door at the Contemporary Resort is
Chef Mickey’s, where you can meet Mickey Mouse and friends. The next stop on the monorail is the Polynesian Village Resort and the
‘Ohana restaurant, where Lilo and Stitch meet and greet guests during breakfast. Then there’s
1900 Park Fare at the Grand Floridian Resort, which currently features Aladdin, Cinderella, Mirabel, and Princess Tiana (character appearances and entertainment are subject to change).
If you’re willing to go just a bit farther to Wilderness Lodge, which is accessible via water taxi and bus from the Magic Kingdom, then you can meet Snow White, Dopey, Grumpy, and the Evil Queen during
Story Book Dining at Artist Point. My family dined here a few years ago, and not only was it delicious, but the character interactions were amazing.
I hope this information helps with your planning, Consuela. Don’t hesitate to come back to planDisney if you have any other questions. We’re always happy to help!
Magical travels!
