The dining experience onboard the Disney Cruise ships are quite entertaining for all ages. The fact that you are enjoying exquisitely prepared meals served by an impeccable dining team, and are surrounded by storybook-like settings - it's hard to choose just one restaurant!
But if you were to enjoy at least 1 of your evenings as a family in one of the rotational dining venues, I think you and your toddler would really enjoy
Animator's Palate. The minute you walk through the restaurant to your table, you'll already feel your senses heightened. With the whimsical interior design, your toddler will probably be pointing to different items that light up on queue, and all that just grabs their attention. There will be screens all around you - since a few friendly faces do take the time to interact with guests while at dinner. This dining experience offers a good amount of entertainment for children. I remember my 2-year old niece watching patiently as the walls came alive with color and animation. It's awesome to watch children's faces light up with excitement when they're discovering something new... and different.
If you choose a more subdued but equally whimsical setting, the other restaurants also offer their own themes that are a pure delight to adults and kids. There's always something for every one on the Disney Cruise and the
magic is in the details.
