    Are there any restaurants in downtown Disney where I could use my quick service meal?

    But of course, Theresa.  Downtown Disney actually has quite a few quick-service locations that accept the Disney Dining Plan.  Currently (as of 2011) they are: Cookes of Dublin, Earl of Sandwich, FoodQuest, Pollo Campero/Fresh A-Peel, and Wolfgang Puck Express.  if you decide to try Cookes of Dublin, and you're in the mood to indulge, you might want to try one of their famous "Doh-Bars" (fried candy bars).  Because haven't you heard?  Calories don't count on vacation.  Enjoy!
