Is there any restaurants that we could get a cold sandwich or meal to take with us to eat at the airport? I'd like to use our last meal for a "take out" meal to eat on the way or at the airport.

    Hi Kelly,

Your WDW resort will have a "grab 'n go" section where you can select cold sandwiches from the refrigerated case.

By last meal, I think you might be referring to the credits you'll be using from the Disney Dining Plan. If so, you'll have to ask what is included with the grab and go items using a meal credit. Some food courts and counter-service eateries will have cold sandwiches.

On your last vacation to the Polynesian Resort, our son enjoyed a turkey and cheese sandwich. The adult version is on multi-grain bread! Many food courts including the one at All-Star Movies offers peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.

Rix Cafe at Coronado Springs offers several sandwich options including Italian cold cuts, Sliced Ham and Cheese, and Turkey and Cheese.

My pick for great on-the-go sandwiches would be from Earl of Sandwich in Downtown Disney. Order hot or cold sandwiches. And they are absolutely delicious! A great use of a Disney Dining Plan meal credit!
