    Which restaurants have chef's table (other than Victoria & Albert's) and how do I get to sit there? Any special tips?

    Hi Cassandra!  The restaurants that have the special tables are sought after reservations!  You need to call the dining number, 407-939-3463, as soon as the date arrives when you can get all other dining reservations.  It is now up to 180 days ahead where it was 90 this past year.  Call early and have alternate dates available.

    Victoria and Alberts is indeed quite an experience at their Chef's Table.  Citricos, also in the Grand Floridian, has a special Wine View Room which is next to the kitchen and separated from the regular dining room with glass walls.  It is very quiet and a wonderful place for a small intimate dinner or a larger party. It can seat 10 comfortably.  Coronado Springs also has a Chefs Table opportunity through the catering and convention kitchen.  I have not done this location yet but was talking to the chef and hope to make a reservation soon.
