Hiya Jessica! Welcome to planDisney!
It looks like your Walt Disney World adventure is just a few days away. You’ll be immersed in the magic of the Vacation Kingdom—and enjoying all of the amazing food and snacks—before you know it. Since your trip is approaching quickly, let’s dive in and get you the info you’re looking for.
You are correct that some restaurants accept Disney Dining Plan credits, but require 2 credits per meal. That list of dining locations currently includes:
- Akershus Royal Banquet Hall (lunch and dinner)
- Be Our Guest Restaurant
- The Boathouse
- Cinderella’s Royal Table
- Citricos
- Flying Fish
- Hollywood Brown Derby
- Hoop-De-Doo Musical Revue
- Le Cellier Streakhouse
- Morimoto Asia (dinner)
- Narcoossee's
- Paddlefish
- Storybook Dining at Artist’s Point with Snow White
- Tiffin’s
- Topolino’s Terrace (dinner)
- Yachtsman Steakhouse
You can find more information about the Disney Dining Plan
here. Remember, you can make dining reservations 60 days in advance of your trip (and for your whole length of stay, up to 10 days if you are a Walt Disney World Resort hotel guest), so you’ll want to jump on that if you haven’t already. Some dining locations, such as
character dining experiences, are very popular and get booked quickly, but now there is an easier way to search for open reservations. Simply
choose a restaurant, select “check available days,” choose the number of guests in your party, and then select the date range that works for you. Then all the available options in that date range should appear!
Jessica, I hope this info helps with your upcoming vacation. Don’t hesitate to come back with any other questions that you may have. You’re as welcome as can be at planDisney!
Magical travels!
Matt
