When you make your reservation - either
online or via (407) WDW-DINE, you'll be asked to guarantee your reservation with a credit card. At that time, the card becomes "attached" to the number of people in your party.
If you need to cancel and are unable to do so given the window required by the restaurant, each person on that reservation will be assessed the $10 cancellation fee.

Your credit card will not be charged unless you don't cancel a day in advance.
