Hi there, RA! Welcome to planDisney. I like the way we’re thinking as we begin to plan our Disney adventure. Dining at the parks is always something I look forward to. I’d love to walk you through the process of securing a reservation before you even walk down Main Street, U.S.A.!
On the Disneyland website, you’ll want to click “
Make Reservations” under the “Things to Do” tab. From there, you’ll go through the prompted sections asking for your party size, date, time, and a filter option for where on property you’d like to dine.
If you have the
Disneyland app, you can also book dining reservations by tapping the (≡) button on the bottom bar, followed by tapping “Reserve Dining” under the “My Visit” section. You’ll follow the same steps as the website instructions there as well!
With dining reservations at the parks, you’re able to book up to 60 days in advance. If you find that a restaurant you want to dine at isn’t available during your visit, I highly recommend checking often. I find myself doing this and am able to snag a reservation, as Guests tend to cancel here and there.
My favorite dining option at the parks has to be
character dining! Since my toddler’s very first visit, I’ve found that this is a great way to enjoy a meal and meet multiple characters as they come to your table! The interactions are priceless, and now that he’s a little older, he’s always excited to see his pals during dinner or breakfast when we’re visiting.
RA, thank you so much for visiting planDisney. I hope this information helps you as you plan your tasty adventure in the parks. If you have any further questions, planDisney is always here for you.
With a Sprinkle of Pixie Dust,
Bev
