Any restaurant recommendations that a 1 year old would enjoy? We have already made reservations for the 50's prime cafe, coral reef and ohana.

    Hi Kelly!

Most all of Disney's restaurants offer something to stimulate a one year old who is beginning to take notice of their surroundings and develop their senses.  And, they all offer menu choices for children - it is Walt Disney World, after all!

The Disney Character Dining experiences have always been our top choices for the children, even at a very young age.  First, the Disney Characters are wonderful in the way they interact with all of the children, no matter what age, even the, ahem, "older" children!  And, these experiences always offer excellent opportunities to capture magical memories on film.  Many of them are buffets, and there is no charge for children under the age of 3.

Our favorite Character Dining experience is Chef Mickey's at Disney's Contemporary Resort, for the choice of Characters, atmosphere, and food.  We also enjoy The Crystal Palace on Main Street, U.S.A. in the Magic Kingdom, and Cape May Cafe at Disney's Beach Club Resort.

    Have a wonderful time!
