Hi there, Kimberly!
Thanks for visiting with your great question about gluten-free dining. The Disneyland Resort is very accommodating when it comes to
special dietary requests due to food allergies. Many restaurants, including sit-down and quick-service locations, offer allergy-friendly menus or alternate meal options upon request. It’s best to discuss your needs with your server upon arrival, and you’re also welcome to speak with the chef or a Cast Member trained in special diets.
At
Red Rockett’s Pizza Port in Tomorrowland at Disneyland Park, I’ve been able to request pepperoni or cheese pizza with gluten-free crust and rice noodles with marinara sauce. Over at Plaza Inn on Main Street, U.S.A., gluten-free waffles can be made upon request during breakfast, and you should be able to find baked chicken at lunch and dinner. The Refreshment Corner, also on Main Street, U.S.A., offers a gluten-free hot dog bun. In fact, you’ll find that gluten-free buns and rolls and corn tortillas can be requested at most restaurants. At Disney California Adventure Park, I’ve had luck finding gluten-free crust and rice noodles at Boardwalk Pizza & Pasta. At
Wine Country Trattoria, ask about substituting gluten-free pasta in any dish.
I recommend verifying in person before enjoying any item, as ingredients and menus are subject to change. Should you have specific questions prior to arriving, you can send an email to Special.Diets@Disneyland.com. I hope you find this helpful, Kimberly. Please stop by again as you continue to plan your visit to the Happiest Place on Earth!
Wishing you magic,
Courtney
