Hi, I would like to now if there is a restaurant not in a park that you can see the fireworks from? I know California Grill is not available. We are going October 19 to 26. Thanks

Hi Anthony!  The Magic Kingdom fireworks are beautiful and a must see for all guests who are planning a vacation to Walt Disney World.

The California Grill is set to open this fall but final dates have not been published and thus reservations are on hold until they know when the completion of the renovation is in sight.  Another possibility is Narcoossees which is located in the Grand Floridian resort. It is set out on the water and if you don't have a table that is next to a window there is a nice porch/balcony where you can stop and get out to watch.

I feel the best solution might be to book something at the Polynesian such as O'Hana's and book it early enough so you can leave and walk down to the beach to watch the fireworks from there. It is very romantic but also a beautiful place as you look across the lagoon directly at the castle in the Magic Kingdom.

My last suggestion is to book a Fireworks cruise for an evening. You can book it from any of the resorts located on Seven Seas Lagoon or Bay Lake. They will give you about a 30 minute ride around the waters and then anchor in front of the Magic Kingdom. They pipe the music in on the boat and you have an unbelievable "seat" for the show.
