Hello! Other than the restaurant “Be Our Guest”, where can we order a French Dip sandwich? We are also hoping to eat some Clam Chowder Bread Bowls during our trip, any ideas? We would prefer to stay inside the parks, thank you!

    Hi Katie!

Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for asking about one of my favorite topics in the world: FOOD. It's my pleasure to help you find these delicious dishes that you are craving.
With the new prix fixe menu at Be Our Guest, unfortunately that means the French Dip is no longer a staple on the menu. So we absolutely MUST find you some other options for this tasty treat. This could always change in the future, but for now, I want you to be prepared that you will have to look in the “Great Wide Somewhere” to find your favorite plate.

Currently, the only options I found that serve a French Dip on their menus were outside the theme parks. Over at Disney Springs, Earl of Sandwich has killer sandwiches, including a French Dip. Hey, they don’t claim to be the world’s greatest hot sandwich place for nothing! Also, Beaches and Cream Soda Shop at Disney’s Beach Club Resort also boasts a French Dip Sandwich.

As for a quality Clam Chowder, Columbia Harbour House in Magic Kingdom is going to be your go-to spot to find this New England bowl of goodness. I looked high and low on other menus and didn’t see it being offered. There were a lot of other standout soups like the Canadian Cheddar Cheese Soup at Le Cellier or Lobster Bisque at Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie, both located in EPCOT.

Katie, wishing you good luck on your quest for these fabulous food finds. We hope to hear from you again soon!

    Bon Appétit!
