Which restaurant has the most down-to-home cooked food?

Howdy Melissa! I couldn't resist your question! Being from Tennessee and Texas, my husband and I love us some down-home cookin', even when we are visiting Mickey! Thankfully, there are some great places to get your fill of some of these vittles all over the Walt Disney World Resort! Magic Kingdom: The Liberty Tree Tavern is my hubby's favorite. They serve you "family style", all you care to eat! Fixin's like turkey & gravy, roast beef & mashed potatoes, green beans, macaroni & cheese, and more! Don't forget apple pie and ice cream for dessert! EPCOT: The Garden Grill Restaurant in The Land Pavilion offers character dining "in the round" (it's a rotating restaurant with changing views!) with Chip & Dale & Friends, and serves you family style, all you care to eat, with dishes such as grilled steak, roast turkey, and fish. Disney's Port Orlean's Resort - Riverside: Boatwright's Dining Hall offers Louisiana style, shipyard- themed casual dining , with dishes like jambalaya, blackened red snapper, & pecan pie. Hollywood Studios: 50's Prime Time Cafe - for a retro experience and specialties like meatloaf, fried chicken, and pot roast, cooked the way "Mom" used to make it! Disney's Wilderness Lodge Resort: Whispering Canyon Cafe. My hubby, the rowdy Texan, feels right at home here! Pulled pork, ribs, chicken, baked beans, cornbread - all served family style & "all you care to eat" - keep him happy for DAYS after a meal here! Don't forget to ask your waiter for extra ketchup and drink refills - it's their pleasure to serve it to you here! These are our favorites! I hope you find something here to enjoy! Be sure you follow up one of these meals with some entertainment at the Country Bear jamboree, and like us, you'll feel right at home!
