What restaurant does chef TJ work at now?

    Hi Darlene!

It sounds like you are getting ready for your next Walt Disney World Resort vacation and since you are looking for Chef TJ, it sounds like you will be accommodating a special diet during your trip. My son has food allergies, so I know how tricky it can be to accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions away from home. In our experience, the Chefs and Cast Members at Walt Disney World Resort have always worked really hard to ensure that my son can have awesome meals with the rest of our family, allowing us to enjoy dining experiences together that aren't available anywhere else!

Currently, Chef TJ can generally be found serving delicious dishes at Cape May Cafe. Keep in mind that you are never guaranteed to get a specific Chef when you visit any restaurant and all of the Chefs at Walt Disney World Resort have been trained to work with Guests who are accommodating special diets and take good care of them during their dining experiences. In fact, my family dined at Cape May Cafe last year and Chef Seth took amazing care of my son during our meal. He did a fantastic job and my son was able to safely enjoy an amazing crab dinner AND and an incredible dessert! It was the perfect first meal to start our Walt Disney World Resort vacation.

Darlene, be sure to always include your dietary restrictions on your dining reservation by calling (407) 939-1947 and always remind your server of your special diet when you start your meal. If you have questions about accommodating your specific dietary requirements, you can always contact the Special Diets Team directly by emailing them at Special.Diets@DisneyWorld.com.

Let us know if you have additional questions as you plan your next visit to Walt Disney World Resort! T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
