Glenn, I was positively delighted to come across your question, as I know just how special Chef TJ Tudiswa is. In fact, I'd venture to say that Chef TJ is one of the most special chefs in “the World.” To know Chef TJ is to love Chef TJ!
Chef TJ is not only an incredible chef, but he also embodies everything the Walt Disney Company stands for. Rightfully so, Chef TJ is a recipient of the highly coveted Walt Disney Legacy Award.
Glenn, you are truly pixie-dusted as I was able to personally contact Chef TJ while working on answering your question! Woo-hoo!
You will be thrilled to learn that Chef TJ is currently making magic in the kitchens of
Disney’s Beach Club Resort and
Disney’s Yacht Club Resort. Specifically, he is working at
Beaches & Cream Soda Shop,
Martha’s Vineyard, and
Beach Club Marketplace! He will also be creating culinary delights in
Cape May Café once it reopens -- just as he was in 2019!
As you may already know, Cape May Café remains temporarily closed. However, Disney’s Beach Club Resort will reopen to all Guests on May 31, 2021! I am crossing my fingers that Cape May Café will be reopening as well. I sure miss that seafood dinner!
