Which restaurant is better for a nine years old b-day celebration: Ohana or Chef Mickey's?

    Hi Priscila,

Either of those two Disney Character Dining locations would be absolutely fantastic for a birthday celebration. My recommendation is that you make the final decision based on two main factors, your child's preference for specific Disney Characters and the type of dining experience your family most enjoys.

'Ohana Best Friends Breakfast Featuring Lilo & Stitch offers a family-style dining experience. Disney Characters are present only at breakfast. The bread basket comes with cinnamon bread, and Hawaiian welcome bread flavored with pineapple and coconut. There is an assortment of juices, including a delicious tropical juice blend made from a combination of passion fruit, orange and guava juices. The Breakfast Menu is served in skillets, family-style. Characters include Mickey Mouse, Pluto, Lilo and Stitch. They come to your table dressed in their tropical Hawaiian outfits.

Chef Mickey's at Disney's Contemporary Resort offers a more typical buffet-style experience with cold and hot buffet stations for all three meals of the day. The delectable Breakfast Menu is quite bountiful. Characters include Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Pluto, Donald Duck and Goofy. They come to your table dressed in chef-inspired outfits.

Did You Know? You may arrange to have a specialty birthday cake delivered to any table-service restaurant. Simply call the Disney Cake Ordering Hotline at (407) 827-2253. Be sure to contact them 72 business hours in advance, so they can make your customized creation.
