    California Grill! It is my favorite restaurant at the Walt Disney World Resort, especially for viewing Wishes Nighttime Spectacular! From the details you provided when submitting your question, it looks like you will be visiting in January. Sometimes, January can be a little chilly, so at California Grill you can experience the fireworks display either from your table or weather permitting, from the outside observation deck high atop Disney's Contemporary Resort. Not only is the view magical, so are the dishes that never cease to amaze my pallet! I highly suggest the Dragon Roll and Pork Two Ways.
