    Hi moms! Which restaurant is the best to go to at AKL? We have a family of slightly fussy eaters and wondered if the cuisine would be 'too' exotic for our taste buds. We are not keen on buffet style

    Hi Lizzie,

    Welcome to Disney Parks Moms Panel. Actually, the food at all the Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge restaurants are way too exotic for me. But if you are willing to try, your safest bet would be Boma – Flavors of Africa. Even my kids find out three or four items to eat. The food, for my family taste is too spicy, but the desserts are great, specially one called Zebra Dome. You can read reviews at Touring Plans that can help you with the task to choose the best restaurant for your family.
