ressie at Coronado for Sept. Hope I made right choice. After staying at PORS last year and all the value resorts . Wanted to try a new one 3a1c 6yrsold made the right choice or should i have gone wth CBR (thought PORS layout was a little confusing.

Hi, Denise!  Coronado Springs is a great resort choice just for the cozy beds!   This is the only Moderate Resort that has 2 queen beds (other moderates have double beds.)  The rooms have all been refurbished in the past year and a half, and they are very nice.

This is a large resort, but in my opinion it is easier to maneuver than Riverside.   The grounds are beautiful, and the  "Dig Site" (main pool area) is a lot of fun with water slide and huge hot tub!

The rooms at all Moderate Resorts are the same size (about 312 square feet.)  The only difference is that at Coronado you get queen beds and one sink, other moderates have double beds but 2 sinks.  Caribbean Beach has 2 types of rooms, "Nemo" theme and "Pirate" theme.   This is also a nice resort, but Coronado's rooms definitely feel more "deluxe."

I really like Coronado Springs.  I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!    Have fun!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is sailing with Disney Cruise Line, running (or cheering!) at runDisney events, taking hula lessons at Aulani, or vacationing at the Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. I am proud to be a part of the planDisney team and cannot wait to share my tips and advice for a magical vacation
