    Have a ressie for the AOA in a cars suite for oct. I'm a little worried that since the resort will still be under construction that the common areas such as the pool and playareas will not be done. Also hoping it won't be noisy. Do I need to be concerned?

    Hi Christine,

    I don't think that you need to be concerned at all.

    It was announced on the Disney Parks Blog just yesterday that the opening days are now set for Disney's Art of Animation Resort and that all of the family suites and standard rooms will be open by 15 September 2012.

    I am confident that all common areas, pools and play areas will also be ready prior to your stay.
