Hi, In response to one of my other ?s I was told not to miss the rope drop ceremony @ MK but the only day with extra magic hours @ night until 1am also has extra morning hours and I was told they don't have the ceremony on those days? What should I do?

    Hi Elizabeth!

Not to worry at all - you won't miss out on a thing!

The fun of 'rope drop' most certainly does take place even on Extra Magic Mornings. The big difference is, it takes place an hour earlier! Be sure to plan to arrive at the Magic Kingdom park gates (not the Transportation and Ticket Center) by 7:30am to be ready to watch the show which happens between 7:50 - 8:00am. You'll want to allow time to proceed through the bag checks and secure your great viewing spot prior to 7:45am. Then, the fun will begin! “Good morning. Good morning. It’s great to stay up late. Good morning. Good morning to you, and you and you and you!"

Please write me back if I may assist you further in your planning! I'd love to hear from you again.

Wishing you a simply Magical time at Walt Disney World! Before you know it, you'll have that cheery tune stuck in your head too!
