What resorts/hotels on or off Disney grounds has the easiest access to all four parks? I do not plan on renting a car, so taking the bus would be ideal.

    Hi Samuel,

We are delighted to see you stopping by planDisney with a question!

Honestly, my family stays only at Disney Resorts Collection hotels because we typically fly and do not rent a car, so we rely on Resort Transportation. Our favorite resort hotels are those that have multiple transportation options and that are within walking distance to a theme park. We always check prices at Disney's Contemporary Resort and Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa first because, in addition to Walt Disney World® Bus Service, they have access to Walt Disney World® Monorail Transportation and Walt Disney World® Water Transportation. They are also within walking distance to Magic Kingdom. The walk to Magic Kingdom from Disney's Contemporary Resort usually takes my family about 5-10 minutes and from Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa it typically takes us about 15 minutes, maybe a little longer depending on where our room is at the resort. We also adore Disney's Polynesian Village Resort. It has access to the Resort Monorail and Water Transportation as well.

If you would like to be within walking distance to EPCOT and Disney's Hollywood Studios, consider Disney's BoardWalk Inn. The walk to Hollywood Studios takes my family about 20 minutes. The walk to EPCOT takes 5-10 minutes. Disney's Yacht Club Resort and Disney's Beach Club Resort are in the same area. Both are beautiful resorts! We also love that these resorts have access to the Disney Skyliner in addition to Walt Disney World® Bus Service.

Of course, I understand being on a budget, so I will also suggest Disney's Art of Animation and Disney's Pop Century Resorts. While both of these resorts have access to Walt Disney World® Bus Service, they also have access to the Disney Skyliner. While my family loves the Disney Skyliner, I have to get over my fear of heights every time we board! It helps that the views are lovely and the ride is fairly quick.

Samuel, I hope this helps you get started! Review the Disney Resorts Collection possibilities. Then, keep an eye on the Special Offers that might be applicable for the dates of your visit. I suggest booking a vacation package with the resort hotel, theme park tickets, and, consider adding a Disney Dining Plan!

    Magic and memories,
    Donyell
