Will the resorts provide a cot for registered guest

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Margaret!

I see you arrived at the Walt Disney World Resort TODAY and I hope that means you have had a magical day full of adventure!

Since you’re at the Walt Disney World Resort right now, your best bet is to call the front desk from your resort hotel room phone (or stop by) to ask a Cast Member. Availability of cots in the resort hotel rooms really depends on which hotel you’re calling home, the number of registered Guests in your room, and the room’s layout (for fire code reasons, a cot can’t block an exit). A Cast Member at your hotel will know whether it’s possible to bring a cot to your room and what the fee is if there is a cot or rollaway bed available.

In case you’re not at Walt Disney World when you’re reading this, I recommend calling (407) 939-1936 to speak to a Cast Member. They can take a look at your reservation and see whether it’s possible to provide a cot in your room, and can add that request to your reservation.

I hope you have sweet dreams about your Disney days, Margaret! If you’ll still be at The Most Magical Place on Earth when we ring in the new year next week, check out the Disney Parks Blog’s tips for New Year’s Eve. No matter where you’ll be, I’m wishing you much happiness and magic in the coming year.

    Wishing you a magical vacation,
    Robyn
