Do any of the resorts offer bus service to Lake Buena Vista Golf Course?

    Hiya, Krista!

Welcome to planDisney.  While the theme parks might be the first thing that comes to mind when you're planning a Walt Disney World Resort visit, there are so other things to experience during your vacation, especially around the Disney Resorts Collection hotels and campgrounds.  In fact, my family likes to plan a Resort-only day during our visits to relax and enjoy all those non-park activities the Resorts have to offer.  And while we love shopping, dining, and pool lounging (believe me, we do plenty of that, too), one of our favorite ways to start our Resort day is with a round of golf.  I'm excited to hear that you'll be hitting the links at Lake Buena Vista Golf Course during your upcoming visit –– it's a beautiful course and I think you're really going to enjoy it!

While bus service to Lake Buena Vista Golf Course isn't offered directly from Disney Resorts Collection hotels, there's actually a much better option available to you during your stay –– Guests can take complimentary transportation directly to Walt Disney World golf courses by requesting a complimentary taxi voucher at their Resort.  Not only is this likely to be much faster than bus transportation, but you also won't have the hassle of lugging your clubs on and off the bus.  All you'll need to do is stop by Bell Services when you're ready to head to the course and request your voucher –– they'll even call a cab for you!  After you're finished playing, you'll be able to request another voucher from Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa to bring you directly back to your Resort.  How easy is that?!

While you're welcome to bring your own clubs during your visit, rental clubs are also available at Disney's Lake Buena Vista Pro Shop for men, women, and juniors.  And since clubs don't need to be reserved in advance, you won't need to worry about booking them ahead of time.  Although I always enjoy the feel of playing with my own clubs, there's also something very pretty magical about not having to drag them through the airport (especially with lots of luggage, strollers, and people in tow).  If you're looking for a stress-free round of 18, renting a set of clubs during your vacation is a great option!

Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney, Krista.  Here's to hitting 'em long and straight during your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort visit!
