Will the resorts hold luggage on the day of check out if your flight doesn't till that evening.

    Hi Minerva!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel! It sounds like you and I have similar vacation ideas because I like to make the most of every second of a Walt Disney World Resort vacation. So I often book evening flights to allow us to enjoy one last day at the theme parks before heading home. Bell Services at your Disney Resort hotel will hold your luggage for you after you check-out from your room. You can even call Bell Services from your room to get assistance in transporting your luggage from your room to their desk. They will check your luggage securely for the day and give you a ticket which you can use to retrieve your luggage when you are ready to depart Walt Disney World Resort.

If you will be flying home from Orlando International Airport and you are flying one of the participating airlines, you can take advantage of Resort Airline Check-In, which is my favorite way to handle my luggage for the return flight home. Resort Airline Check-In allows will check you into your flight, give you your boarding pass and check your luggage. This means you don't need to store your checked luggage during the day as it will magically be transferred from the Resort Airline Check-In Desk to your flight and you won't need to retrieve it until you reach your home airport. In fact, you can bypass the airport check-in desk altogether and head directly to security when you get to the airport!

When using Resort Airline Check-In, keep in mind that you can also use Bell Services to check any carry on bags that you would like to have for your flight, but you don't need for your last theme park day. Please let us know if you have any other questions as you continue planning your vacation. T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
