    Are there any resorts that don't offer the free dining plan!

    Mmmm, free dining. It is one of my favorite special offers, because eating at the Walt Disney World Resort is one of my favorite hobbies. The past couple of years, the free dining promotion has changed a little each time Disney offers it. During the most recent offer some Disney resorts were excluded which have not been excluded in the past, like Disney's Port Orleans Resorts. Also the Little Mermaid rooms at Disney's Art of Animation Resort are usually excluded.
