Which of the resorts have dedicated bus lines?

    Hi Nicole!

Before I share my thoughts, I feel like I'm long overdue in giving the cast members at Walt Disney World a pat on the back for something...the complimentary bus transportation has improved tremendously over the last few years. They've updated many of the buses in the fleet, improved wait times, and even have a few awesome drivers who will sing to you along the way. (And, believe it or not, their voices are pretty good!)

I'm guessing that you're asking for a list of resorts that have bus routes that do not involve stops at other resorts. If that's the case, unfortunately I have a pause about answering with an absolute level of certainty. It's been my personal experience that the bus routes are pretty consistent, yet I've seen cases where they've changed them during any given day.

Here's the neat thing...I remember talking to one of the cast members about this very issue and he told me that they constantly monitor the crowds. In other words, if the bus stop at the Magic Kingdom has a significant backlog of guests in one of the queues, they can easily dispatch extra busses to help get the guests to their intended destination.

The other neat thing I learned from that conversation is that they have a goal to have guests wait no longer than 20 minutes for their bus to arrive so they can be on their way. Now, this goal might get stretched a bit when guests are making a mass exodus out of a theme park at the end of a day or during peak seasons.

So, no matter which resort you decided to stay at, you'll be well taken care of by the bus drivers. (Hopefully you'll ride along with one of the singers!)

I hope that helps. If there are any other questions you may have, please feel free to write back and I'll be happy to help in any way that I can.

    Best regards,
    Derek
