I'm glad to hear you got your Disney Resort hotel reservation and Theme Park Tickets linked to your My Disney Experience account. I'm sorry that those plans aren't showing up in your app, though! The good news is that this should be a pretty easy fix. First, check to see if your
My Disney Experience mobile app is due for an update. I was unable to see my upcoming plans on the app a few weeks ago, but then I saw that the app needed updated. I confirmed the quick update and in just a few minutes, I was able to see my plans listed on the app. If your app
is already updated, take a moment to log out and log back in. That should do it!
