Hi Jessica,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you for your question! It’s so exciting to hear that you were able to book your
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party tickets, you’re going to have a blast!
First, I suggest signing out and signing back into your
My Disney Experience mobile app. Sometimes our phones just need a quick refresh and if you purchased the ticket while signed into your My Disney Experience account, hopefully it will flow in. Next, go to your “Future Plans” to see if the ticket is there. If it is great, if not, let’s try the below.
The second option would be linking your ticket to the My Disney Experience mobile app. To do this, you’ll need to enter your confirmation number. In the “Tickets and Passes” section, select the “+” symbol in the upper right corner and select “Link Tickets & Passes”. Under “Ticket or Pass” enter your confirmation number. Once added, head back over to “Tickets and Passes” to confirm the ticket has been added.
If it’s still not showing up, I suggest reaching out to the
My Disney Experience and Magicband team! Remember you can always go get a physical ticket from
Guest Services as well, but I completely understand wanting to have your ticket digitally!
I hope this “Bit By Bryanna” is helpful as you prepare for some serious fun later this fall. If you have any other vacation or planning questions,
please feel free to reach out, I’m always happy to help!
The Magic Is Calling,
Bryanna
