We have 2 resort reservations. Really, is having to go to the 2nd resort the only way I can get my park tickets if they don't start until that day? It just seems really inconvenient if I am not checking into that resort until the afternoon.

    Hi Debra!

I'd love to know a little more about the type of reservations you have booked in order to be able to fully assist you on the best way to manage your resort move - or to advise you on some 'changes' you could make to make the process easier for you. I can absolutely relate as I've done exactly this twice myself ... It's so much fun to try out as many different Walt Disney World resort properties as possible!

With two different Walt Disney World resort reservations, both on Magic Your Way Packages (with or without dining plans), you could quite easily have the ticketing options changed on the reservations so that your first resort stay has all or most of your park ticket days on that Magic Your Way Card.

If you have a dining plan on both packages, you'll need to have at least a 1-Day Park Ticket on the second reservation in order to keep the dining plan in the package. You would of course have new room keys issued at the second resort, but wouldn't necessarily require them mid-day and therefore without interrupting your day in the park(s).

You can arrange with Bell Services at your first resort, to have your bags picked up and sent for delivery to the second resort within Disney World Resort properties. You do have to be in the room at the time Bell Services receives your bags from you, so this is best arranged early in the morning before you head out to the parks for the day.

Definitely call a Cast Member at (407)939-7675 to request that your two reservations be looked at & they can advise if any options are available to enable a smooth transition and continuous park tickets for your stay.

If you wish to reply to me with some more information about the types of reservations you currently have booked, I'd be more than happy to guide & assist you on the changes you may wish to request.

Wishing you a Magical time on your 2-resort holiday at Walt Disney World Debra!
