Hiya Dianne!
Thank you so much for submitting your question and welcome to planDisney! I am so glad you decided to come visit the Walt Disney World Resort and I am thrilled to be helping you today. The theme parks are definitely the highlight of my visits, especially with
The World's Most Magical Celebration in full swing. I see that you'll be here just in time for the
EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival as well, my favourite! There's nothing like EPCOT in full bloom, and I ain't dande-lying!
Now let's talk about tickets! In order to enter the theme parks, you are now required to make theme park reservations in addition to having your valid theme park admission. In this case, you can treat your exchange certificates as Annual Passes. You would first go into your
My Disney Experience account and click on "My Plans," or on "Tickets and Passes" if you are using the mobile app. Then, you will be able to
link your certificates by entering their bar codes and linking them to the correct profile in your My Disney Experience Family & Friends List. Then, you should be able to
make your theme park reservations! If you have any issues with any of these steps, I recommend
reaching out to a Cast Member by chat, email or phone as they will be able to help fix that issue for you.
Once you arrive at the parks on your magical vacation, be sure to
bring your exchange certificates with a photo ID so you can redeem your Annual Pass at any of the ticketing windows at the main entrance. You will need this physical Annual Pass ticket to use your perks such as complimentary parking or any discounts that may apply in stores or restaurants.
I hope this was helpful, Dianne, and that you are able to get back to planning your magical vacation real soon! If you have any other questions, please feel free to reach out. You can poppy-n anytime!
Have a magical dai-sy,
Ariane
