    Where at your resort do you get your refillable mugs? We were at Disney last Feb and had the dining plan but never got our mugs. So I just wanted to make sure we don't miss them again. Thanks, love love you guys!!

    Hi Casey,

    You can collect your refillable mugs at the Food Court or Quick Service dining location at your Resort hotel.

    All you need to do is to bring the mugs up to the register and present your Key to the World Card. Your mugs will be deducted in the same manner that a meal entitlement would.

    Only one Guest from your travel party needs to be present to collect all of your refillable mugs.
