    Are resort pools typically open during February? We’re looking at an early February 2022 vacation.

    Thanks for “swimming by” planDisney. I am thrilled to help answer your splash-tasctic question about Walt Disney World Resort pools today. 

    April, you may be happy to know that Disney Resorts Collection hotel pools normally remain open throughout the month of February. Disney Resorts Collection hotel pools are tempered to a balmy 82 degrees Fahrenheit year-round. 

    However, I spoke to a friendly Walt Disney World Resort lifeguard, and pools do close when the temperature is at or below 64 degrees Fahrenheit. They also close for inclement weather, emergencies, or if something needs to be cleaned out of the pool.

    April, as you prepare for your February 2022 vacation, I encourage you to bookmark the experience updates page. It is chock-full of information on the phased reopening of Walt Disney World Resort.
