My Disney Experience account as well as your ability to get your Theme Park Reservations set up. I feel that I always have one thing that does not work quite right as well, so let's talk about some options that may work for you to get your tickets on the app.
One thing that I have found that was tricky about the
My Disney Experience app was the timing. Sometimes when I link everything to my account, some things take a little longer to load, like the tickets. Usually, within 24 hours all my reservations and tickets are up to date. As long as you have the verification on your My Disney Experience online account, you are good to go. I would also try to refresh and restart your app, this sometimes is enough to reset things so they load appropriately. If this step does not work, you can try to uninstall and reinstall the app on your smart device as this has worked well for me if the other options did not. The final option if none of these work is to
call Disney at (407) 939-4357 and a Cast Member will be glad to help you with this issue.
