We have a resort package and will be arriving at the airport at 4:00pm. Are we required to use your delivery service that take our luggage to our rooms, or can we retrieve our luggage from baggage claims and take them with us on your motor coach?

    Greetings Sterling!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We're so happy to hEAR from you!

You are absolutely able to retrieve your own luggage and take them aboard your Disney's Magical Express Motorcoach with you. If you choose to do this you will want to make sure that you do not use the yellow luggage tags on your bags prior to your flight. If the tags are used, your bags will be pulled prior to them being sent to luggage claim and you'd have to wait to receive them until Disney's Magical Express delivered them to your resort a few hours later. You'll still need to have a Disney's Magical Express reservation and will receive the yellow tags in the mail, but again, if you want to just get your own bags from the luggage claim, do not use them.

Have a terrific trip, Sterling, and please let us know if there is anything else we are able to assist you with.

    Magical Wishes,

Hi-ya, Pals! I'm a wife and mother of three who's enjoyed many special occasions at Walt Disney World Resort with my family: graduations, pregnancies, birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, reunions, and even our Fairy Tale Honeymoon. I look for any excuse to return "home" often and would love to help add a little extra Pixie Dust to your next magical adventure. Learn More About Lauren
