    Does the resort offer covid testing as I need to have a covid test to board my plane to barbados?

    Congratulations, you’ll be visiting Walt Disney World Resort to enjoy the exciting and beautiful EARidescent experiences during the 50th Anniversary Celebration, I am so very happy for what you are about to experience!

    Dennis, I fully understand your predicament, as a Canadian traveller to Walt Disney World Resort recently, I had to follow a similar airline protocol upon my return home. In keeping with the fact and peace of mind that all First Aid Centers in Walt Disney World Resort are presented by AdventHealth, I found it best to seek COVID-19 Testing from an AdventHealth facility.

    AdventHealth Testing facilities can be easily found online through their website close to Walt Disney World Resort, or at Orlando International Airport, which is where I decided to take my test. I found it very convenient to make a booking online, and when I arrived at Orlando International Airport, I found I didn’t have to wait long for my test after paying for it upon check-in. After my test, I only had to wait for an additional 30-minutes (subject to change) for my paper testing confirmation results to present to my airline for my departure. At that time they only presented paper confirmations of testing results at the location I took my test. I do not know what the policies are now for receiving testing receipt confirmations.

    In preparation for your visit, Dennis, if you haven’t already done so, please make your Disney Park Pass reservations using your valid theme park admission to ensure you visit the theme parks in the order you prefer, and kindly consider our Disney Genie+ Lighting Lane service for a nominal daily fee per person to save waiting in lines for 40 designated Lighting Lane Entrance attractions across all four theme parks.
