Do the resort hotels accept Amazon packages? I need to ship some personal care items to my resort that I won’t be able to carry in my luggage nor purchase at the gift shop. If possible, what steps do I take to insure I receive my package on check-in day?

    Hi Danielle!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

It's a great idea to mail a personal package to your Disney Resort hotel, to save you carrying everything with you, and this is absolutely possible.  I would arrange for any package to arrive between 2-5 days before your arrival date.  The address label needs to have your name, and your arrival date as follows:
TO: Danielle +Surname (Guest,  arriving ---- insert arrival date here)
Your Disney Resort hotel address  (which can be found on the Overview page of your Disney Resort hotel).

When you check-in, your package will be given to you. If you have checked-in online, just call at the Front Desk to collect your parcel, or request that Bell Services bring it to your hotel room.  The guidelines have recently been enhanced regarding all Mail Services at Walt Disney World, so please note that a $6 per package handling fee will apply to all packages that are received through the Front Desk or are delivered to your Disney Resort hotel room.

Please come back and visit us if you have any further questions. We will be happy to help you plan your magical vacation to Walt Disney World.
