You are correct that some delivery and pick-up services were available before the pandemic. Unfortunately, it does seem that the
souvenir pick-up and the Resort-hotel delivery are still currently unavailable for Guests, though home delivery is available to USA residents. Resort hotel grocery deliveries or third-party deliveries are also available at this time should you want to have groceries delivered to your room! Just make sure to
review the guidelines for these deliveries to ensure that your packages fit the requirements and make it to your Resort hotel properly.
Since some services are unfortunately still unavailable, I like to ask Cast Members at different merchandise locations if they can hold my purchases while I visit the park. Indeed, while you may not be able to pick up your purchase at the front of the park like you used to, you may be able to pick it up at a merchandise location instead, which still allows you to enjoy your day without having to carry your souvenirs. Not all merchandise locations offer this service, however, so be sure to ask a Cast Member first. For example, I was able to leave a purchase behind the counter at the
Discovery Trading Company at Disney's Animal Kingdom, but not at the
Emporium at Magic Kingdom Park.
