Hi Georgia-Rose, welcome to planDisney. We appreciate you bringing us your question, and let's try and dispel those issues you are having seeing your Resort stay in the
My Disney Experience App.
It's great that you have been able to link Disney Resort hotel reservation on the desktop version of My Disney Experience. At the risk of sounding like every IT helpdesk across the country, I recommend you delete the My Disney Experience App off your phone and then reinstall it, ensuring you enter the correct sign-in details. On a recent Walt Disney World adventure, my App started working correctly again after taking these steps.
You should also be able to see any tickets purchased and
family and friends with whom you are linked in the My Disney Experience App. If you can't see these details, and despite reinstalling the App, can't see your Resort stay, I recommend speaking with one of the
Disney Experts.
You will ultimately find the My Disney Experience App a helpful tool. It provides access to up-to-date ride wait times,
Mobile Food and Beverage orders, and
Virtual Queues (Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind is worth the hype). As a Disney Resort hotel Guest, you'll also be able to access
Online Check-in through the App.
Georgia-Rose, I wish you blue skies and sunshine for your Walt Disney World adventure. Please pop back here if I can help with anything else, Louise.
