Hi Mariya!
Welcome to planDisney.
Staying in the Magic Kingdom Resort area is my favourite place to stay. There is something extra-magical about being close to that park, and you have some good choices!
The closest Disney Resort hotel is probably
Disney's Contemporary Resort which has a walking path straight to the Magic Kingdom entrance which I understand takes around 10 minutes at a reasonable pace. You can also use the
Resort Monorail which you board from
inside the hotel! It will take you around Seven Seas Lagoon but makes 3 additional stops before arriving at Magic Kingdom Park (on the way home you only have one stop!). You'll have a great view of the fireworks from
California Grill on 15th floor.
The next closest is
Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. This beautiful hotel dominates the water front and offers a walking path (slightly longer than the Contemporary's walking path), a short boat ride and the monorail - it's only one stop away from Magic Kingdom Park, but 3 additional stops on your way home. The boat may call additionally at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, but it's a pretty quick ride. Enjoy dinner at
Narcoossee's, a lovely restaurant Lagoon-side, with fantastic views of the fireworks from the outside deck.
Disney's Polynesian Village Resort directly faces Magic Kingdom Park, and along with sharing the boat ride with Disney's Grand Floridian Resort, offers you the monorail option too. You have a fantastic view of the fireworks from the beach!
Disney's Wilderness Lodge, tucked away in the trees, offers a direct boat ride which takes approximately 8 minutes and 11 seconds! (I timed it last week!!). There is also a bus service if you don't like boats! If you prefer a little more tranquility at your hotel, this is for you! You can also catch the fireworks if you stay in a 'Fireworks View' room, or walk down to the Bay Lake water's edge, alongside
Geyser Point Bar & Grill.
Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort is the furthest distance away, but still offers a boat ride of a little more than 10 minutes. It is the most remote of all the Disney Resorts but the new cabins are lovely, and give you a sense of being somewhere away from it all.
Please come back and visit us if you have any further questions, and you can
send me a direct question if you wish, especially if you would like more opinion on these hotels. We are always happy to help you plan your magical vacation to Walt Disney World!
