Resort airline check-in for Delta states for domestic only on disney’s website. If I have a connecting flight where the first leg is domestic (mco-jfk-montreal canada) and only going through customs in canada, can I use the airline check-in? Thanks

    Hi Nicole,

It’s wonderful to see you again at the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us another question!

I’ve actually flown Delta to and from Walt Disney World Resort, with connections through another U.S. city prior to my ultimate destination in Canada. Unfortunately, I’m sad to say that because your final destination is outside of the United States, you won’t be able to use the Resort Airline Check-In Service at your Walt Disney World Resort hotel. Of course, these policies are always subject to change, so I would recommend double-checking this information when you arrive… just in case!

What I typically do is leave my luggage with Bell Services and then head out for my last few hours of fun in the Theme Parks or at Disney Springs. Then, I head back to my Resort hotel, pick up my luggage, change into warmer clothes (if I’m travelling during one of our brutal Canadian winters) and start my journey home.

I know my answer likely wasn’t the one you were hoping to get, but I hope it does help you plan a safe journey home after your Disney Parks vacation. As always, please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions.

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
