How do I resolve folio issues once off the cruise

    Hi Kimberly,

Welcome to planDisney and thank you for asking us a question!

I’m truly sorry to hear that you have some unresolved folio issues following your last Disney Cruise Line vacation. The good news is that, even though your sailing may be over, you can still absolutely resolve any questions you may have once you’re home. First, navigate over to the “My Cruise History and Folio” link in the “Already Booked” tab of the Disney Cruise Line website. You’ll be able to download your folio up to 90 days after your sailing date.

Then, once you have a copy of your folio on hand identify the issue you’d like to resolve and reach out to Disney Cruise Line either by email or by phone to discuss the situation. I also recommend that you have your reservation number handy so that they’ll be able to look up your information more quickly.

I hope that this helps you resolve your issue. Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions.

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
