We are FL residents and just became annual pass holders and I was wondering if we are still able to purchase a dining plan? I was under the impression that a dining plan was only available to those buying vacation packages.

    Hi Heather,

Congratulations on becoming a pass holder!  You are correct that, in general, free dining offers have required that guests purchase theme park tickets in addition to making a room reservation for a minimum number of days in order to be eligible for the dining.  Another possibility for fantastic discounts on meals, however, is the "Tables In Wonderland" Dining Discount Program (formerly known as "the Disney Dining Experience).  This program is available to Florida residents and annual pass holders.  For an annual fee, you are eligible for a 20% discount on food and beverages, including wine (yes, wine!) in many Disney restaurants.  It also provides for free valet parking at Disney Resorts when dining there.  We participate in this program, and have saved a ton on dining.  If you are interested in this program, call (407) 566-5858 Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST.

    Have a wonderful vacation!
