Hi Michelle, and welcome to planDisney!
First and foremost, thank you for your service! I live in the Tampa Bay area, and we have a large military community here. We're proud to support our men and women in uniform.
It looks like your next Walt Disney World Resort adventure is just around the corner! I'm happy to help you get the final details all ironed out so you can enjoy your magical vacation. Michelle, when it comes to
your tickets, I think you have what you need since your Florida drivers license should suffice for proof of your Florida residency. If you happen to own a home here in Florida, you could also use a current insurance policy or bill, utility bill, mortgage statement, or other documents. You'll find the complete list of items that are accepted as proof of residency on this
Florida Resident FAQ page.
One other thing to note, any other adults traveling with you who will be using Florida Resident tickets also need to provide their own proof of Florida residency prior to entering the Theme Parks.
And don't forget that once you've bought your tickets,
Disney now requires us to make a Disney Park Pass reservation for each day we plan to visit a Walt Disney World Theme Park. It's really easy to do. You'll need to create a free
My Disney Experience account if you don't already have one, and
link your tickets to it. Then, just go to the
Disney Park Pass page on the Walt Disney World website, select your party, choose your date and the Theme Park you want to visit that day, and confirm. Follow the same process for the rest of your days, and you're good to go!
I hope this helps you plan a magical Walt Disney World vacation, Michelle. Please stop by and see us again if you have any more questions!
Keep Disney Dreaming,
Kathy K.
