Hi there, Joseph, and welcome to planDisney!
I’ve always loved being a Walt Disney World Annual Passholder, but right now, I’m especially loving the
extra 20% off select merchandise around property. My obsession with the new stainless steel Starbucks tumblers is real! Now, let’s dive into the best ways to get to
Disney’s BoardWalk—even on a blockout date.
The Disney Pixie Dust Pass has a lot of availability during many weekdays, but as you know, the weekends are definitely blocked out. According to the
Annual Pass Terms & Conditions, the complimentary theme park parking benefit is not available (unless at the parking attendant’s discretion) on dates that your annual pass is blocked out. However, on days when you are allowed to park with your annual pass or you’ve paid to park, you can absolutely get to Disney’s BoardWalk via Disney’s Hollywood Studios’ parking lot by using the
Disney Skyliner, walkable pathways, or a complimentary boat ride. In fact, you can also take the complimentary bus to Disney’s BoardWalk from Magic Kingdom Park and Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park.
Another option is to drive to Disney Springs and take a complimentary bus ride to Disney’s BoardWalk from there. And if you have an advance dining reservation for a restaurant along Disney’s BoardWalk, you should be able to park at one of the Disney Resorts Collection hotels that are in that general area.
Joseph, I hope that this helps. If you have any additional questions,
revisit us here at planDisney. Any of the panelists will be more than happy to lend a Mickey hand.
Magic always,
LeAndra
