I believe you are asking about how to get the
annual passes offered specially to residents of Florida. Those passes -- the Pixie Dust, Pirate and Sorcerer -- are available only to those who live in the state at least part of the year. (The Sorcerer Pass also is available to select Disney Vacation Club members.)
To purchase and activate a
Florida resident annual pass or a
ticket package priced just for Florida residents, you must show proof of residency. The best forms of verification are a Florida drivers license, state ID or Florida-based military ID.
If you don't have those because you live in Florida part-time, you can provide an
alternate form of residency verification. Those acceptable documents include a current mortgage statement, a homeowners insurance policy or bill, a current utility bill, car registration or mail from a government agency.
Each person 18 or older must show proof of residency.
Once you activate an annual pass, you can take advantage of all the
passholder benefits, including discounts on dining, resorts, merchandise and special events. As a frequent visitor, one of my favorite passholder benefits is the free standard parking at all four theme parks.
