    It sounds like you have an awesome birthday planned with your finance and parents! You are certainly welcomed to stay at any of the Walt Disney World Resort hotels for Christmas and you will have the added benefit of visiting any theme park you desire. The Park Hours for Christmas day vary depending on the theme park, and you will find that most will open about 9:00 AM, with morning Extra Magic Hours included for Magic Kingdom Park.
