    Hi Moms!! I am a residence of Canada, and I have been reading lots about the disney gift cards. Are are booked to come Jan/2016 staying at Art of Animation. Are Disney gift cards available for purchase in Canada, paying in US funds?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for your question!

    I hate to be the bearer of bad news but, unfortunately, you can’t purchase Disney Gift Cards in U.S. Dollars in Canada. Unfortunately, you can’t purchase them online and have them shipped to you, either.

    What I would recommend: Bring some U.S. cash with you and, when you arrive at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort, head over to the Ink & Paint Shop in order to purchase your Disney Gift Cards there. I’ve done that during some of my family’s visits and I’ve found that it’s a really great way to stick to a budget, especially when it comes to souvenirs.
