    Hi- I am reserving a 5 night stay but want to add a 10 day pass for the parks. Can I pick those up the week before my reservation date? thanks

    Hi Kathleen!

    I'm so happy to hear of your upcoming trip to Walt Disney World!  You currently can pick up tickets prior to your reservation check in, but you are only allowed to do it 3 days in advance.  Just go to any Guest Relations at the 4 parks or Downtown Disney to ask for early ticket pick up.  Remember that this policy is subject to change at anytime, so you may want to check with a cast member for any changes.  I hope you have a wonderful vacation and please visit us again if you have anymore questions.
