I am reserving a 2 bedroom villa and 2 studios at BCV. We have requested the 3 rooms be as close as possible. We have requested this before at OKW and were scattered in different buildings. How can we improve the chances of the request being honored?

Hi Becky,

Your best bet is to call the Beach Club Villa's directly, 9 days prior to your arrival, at 407-934-8000. They get the arrival lists at that time. You can ask to speak with a Room Assigner and reiterate your requests to them. Sometimes, the issue is that certain room types (like studios) are located in a different part of the building than the bigger 2 bedroom villas. In those cases, there's not really much they can do to accommodate your request. However, they will do their best based on availability. I also always call the day of arrival to talk to them about it again.
